Our client in the construction industry is looking for a construction sales executive with good sales skills and a background in construction.

Job Summary

• Doing quotations from field reports
• Follow up on clients
• Project management from office i.e. overseeing the progress of material demand.
• Attending weekly meetings whereas supposed to deliver a project progress report
• Help be offering technical consultation to clients (off counter clients)
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.
• Evaluate customer needs and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, telesales and networking.
•  Quality Control

Requirements

• Entry-level; construction site exposure will be an added advantage
• Diploma in construction or any other related course that is construction management, quality survey, architect, building construction, ArchiCAD
• Work with ArchiCAD(computer literate)
• Tustworthy and honest
• Negotiation and sales skills is a must
