Job Description

Our client is a leading fabrication company dealing in all types of metal fabrication. They are looking for a competent office and sales admin to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the other department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Carry out cold calls to the client and ensure sales
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Minimum Requirement

  • A Mature Lady
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or business-related course
  • At least 1 years of working experience in sale or administration
  • Sale experience in Hardware is a plus
  • Must be a person of integrity and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skill
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Presentable and Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

Salary 20k retainer +commission
