Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO P. A and the EHS manager, the candidate will be incharge of the reception and the switchboard To be responsible for welcoming guests and handling any complaint Supervising appointments with the directors monitor customer accounts Cordinates the reception team and organising its work and shedules.
Proficient in microsoft packages, Must be hospitable, adaptable, and able to cope with the diversity of customers and their needs Should be self sufficient and able to take initiative Have self control when handling complaints Good relationship skills Should practise Discretion.
